All of it, in every quote. There is no separate charge for mobility, setup, teardown, equipment or hosting.

The climate-controlled trailer. Full AC and heat, televisions, integrated music, exterior party deck. Expands to roughly 15' by 40'.
Duo TrackMan I/O simulator. The launch monitor tour players train on, with 400+ virtual courses.
A professional host. A trained team member who runs the tech, helps your guests, manages competitions and keeps the energy up.
All equipment. Clubs for right- and left-handed players, balls, tees and everything else. Your guests bring nothing.
Delivery anywhere on Oahu. Setup and teardown included. No mobility charge.
15-minute setup. The trailer arrives and is event-ready in about 15 minutes. No lengthy installation, no special venue requirements.

What shapes your quote

These are the things we actually ask about, and the reason the form is short.

How long you want it. The single biggest factor. A two-hour add-on and a full day are different bookings.
Your date. Some dates are busier than others, so we confirm yours against the calendar before we quote it.
Where on Oahu. Delivery is included everywhere, but access, parking and setup space differ by venue.
Roughly how many guests. This drives the flow of the event more than anything: rotation, formats, whether a second host earns its keep.
What kind of event it is. A wedding reception, a team-building afternoon and a charity tournament each want a different setup, and we build the quote around the one you are running.

Once you are happy with it, we send a secure deposit link.
The deposit locks the date. No one else can book it.
A few days out, we confirm logistics and the arrival window.
