Common questions about mobile golf simulator rentals on Oahu — pricing, setup, weather, venues, technology, and coaching. If you don't see your question below, send us a note.
Packages start at $1,000 for a 2-hour Par-ty Starter session and go up to $3,000 for a full-day Eagle event package. Corporate events are priced individually based on scope and duration. All packages include the trailer, TrackMan simulator, professional host, all equipment, and delivery anywhere on Oahu. No hidden fees — mobility and setup are always included.
It's the world's first and only patented mobile golf simulator — a purpose-built, towable entertainment venue that expands to approximately 15 feet wide by 40 feet long. Fully climate-controlled with AC and heat, televisions, integrated music, and an exterior party deck. The patented design means no other company can legally build or operate a mobile golf simulator trailer in any form.
Setup takes approximately 15 minutes from the time the trailer arrives. The trailer expands, the simulator powers up, the climate control activates, and the professional host prepares the space for your first guests. Teardown takes about the same.
The trailer can be set up on any flat, accessible surface — driveways, parking lots, firm grass, and paved areas all work. We need reasonable vehicle access for the tow vehicle and enough clearance for the trailer to expand.
If you're unsure about your venue, contact us and we'll confirm logistics in advance.
Nothing changes. The trailer is fully climate-controlled and weather-proof. Rain, wind, or extreme heat won't affect the experience inside. This is one of the biggest advantages over any outdoor entertainment option — your event is weather-proof.
No. Every booking includes a full set of golf clubs (right- and left-handed), balls, tees, and all necessary gear. Your guests arrive empty-handed. The only thing you need to provide is the guests.
One person hits at a time, but the experience is social by design. Groups of 4–6 typically rotate through together, with the rest watching on TVs, cheering from the party deck, or checking the leaderboard. For larger groups, the host manages a rotation that keeps everyone engaged throughout the booking.
TrackMan I/O is the gold standard in golf simulation and swing analysis. Used by 80+ of the world's top 100 professional golfers, every major professional tour, and leading club fitters worldwide. Dual radar + camera tracking measures 26+ data points per swing with accuracy within 1% of real-world performance.
The experience in the trailer isn't an approximation — it's tour-level golf simulation.
Absolutely. Beginners are often the most enthusiastic participants because the private, judgment-free environment removes the intimidation of a driving range or golf course. The professional host provides guidance, and the TrackMan feedback helps beginners see immediate improvement in real time. No experience needed.

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance for weekend dates. Weekday availability is typically more flexible. Holiday weekends, summer months, and peak event dates fill up faster. The earlier you book, the more likely your preferred date is available.
