Every SwingLab Hawaii booking — regardless of tier — includes everything below. No separate charges for mobility, setup, teardown, equipment, or hosting.

  • Patented climate-controlled trailer. Full AC and heat, televisions, integrated music, exterior party deck. Expands to ~15' × 40'.
  • Duo TrackMan I/O simulator. Tour-level accuracy used by 80+ of the world's top 100 pros. 400+ virtual courses.
  • Professional host. A trained team member who runs the tech, assists guests, manages competitions, and keeps the energy up.
  • All equipment. Golf clubs (right- and left-handed), balls, tees, and all necessary gear. Your guests bring nothing.
  • Mobility fee. Delivery, setup, and teardown anywhere on Oahu. No extra charge.
  • 15-minute setup. The trailer arrives and is event-ready in ~15 minutes. No lengthy installation or special venue requirements.

Are there any additional fees?

No. The prices above are all-inclusive. The only variable is your package selection and duration. Blackout day restrictions apply to certain dates — contact us for availability.
